Sorry, trading has been very slow, but I have EXCELENT news. But first, something that the entire TF2 Trading community should be aware of.

There has been a SIGNIFICANT drop in the price of Earbuds, and Bills hats. This is due to a massive duplication scheme that has been done by people. It is fine to trade for these items - Valve will NOT be deleting any items from your backpack, if you've traded for them. This is because it would be a very large hassle to "Untrade" a whole heap of trades involving duplicated weapons. But don't expect the prices to increase dramatically. Bills hats are currently around 8 keys, and I can see them deflate to 7 and inflate to 9 when demand is around. Buds are currently 20 keys, but again, deflation could see them go down to 18 and inflation to 22. They won't go any higher. Pay attention to current trades of these items to know the approximate price you can get.

NOW, ONTO THE TRADE

I have traded a Chargin' Targe and that Zatoichi, for a reclaimed metal! Thats right. 2 weapons, for a worth of 6.

Oh. And before people ask "Where did the Targe come from, you cheat!" Let it be known that I have not. In my friends list, I had a person who was trying to get rid of their Targe. I gave the Scottish Resistance to them, and they have asked me to NOT reveal who they are on the blog.

However, from our first Buffalo Steak Sandvich, we now have the following.

We've done well. A couple of days, and we have made some DRAMATIC changes to this simple sandvich. Lets see what we can do now!

This man has traded my scrap, for some Mann - Oh sorry. Mad Milk, and a Shortstop.

This brings my total earnings to 5 standard weapons, from a Buffalo Sandvich. A very decent trade, in my opinion. But I've not earned anything today, or yesterday. I'll need to step up, if I'm to get this unusual :P

I'm halfway through the scraps. Maybe I can trade these weapons off for more scrap? I'll allow myself to craft scraps into rec and rec into ref, but thats about it.

Lets see what whe can do with this last scrap. Maybe someone is selling something like a Phlogistinator for a scrap? Time will tell.

Now, why did I go for two scrap, when I know I could get more? The answer is that I've already gotten an AMAZING deal with my Buffalo Sandvich. I mean, I've not got 2 scrap for it. we'll see what we can do with 2 scrap, guys.

IT BEGINS!

I just obtained my drop. A Buffalo Steak Sandvich.

This is my Paperclip. Now to trade it, for something.

One Red Team Fortress 2 Paperclip

Inspired by the One Red Paperclip story, I decided to put this style of trading up against a game WITH trading, Team Fortress 2.

My mission, is simple. Starting with the next randomly dropped weapon I obtain, I will be trading it, and trading it, and trading it, until I obtain an ususual hat. This little experiment, will hopefully be done as soon as possible. Showing you that you can take anything, and trade it off.

What is 1 TF2 weapon worth?  To some, its probably just 1 weapon. To others, it could be everything. This, is the story, of my next weapon that gets randomly dropped, to my TF2 account.
